Founder, has been a leader and innovator to the Print Finishing industry for over 27 years. Dave has served as Chairman (4 Years) and Vice Chairman (1 year) of the GCA (Greeting Card Association) and Co-Founder and Organizer of FSEA (Foil Stamping and Embossing Association). An accomplished educator, he has been the keynote speaker at many industry trade events and is widely utilized as a technical consultant to the hot stamping industry for resolving challenging production problems and for educating plant managers and equipment operators on best production practices. Dave has a highly successful track record consulting to brand managers regarding the use of light managing effects in packaging and other print collateral. His client list includes such firms as Philip Morris, Eastman Kodak, Colgate Palmolive, Leaf, Giorgio Division of Avon and others. Dave has held a number of Senior Level Management positions with considerable time spent abroad pioneering and promoting the use of metallic effects in print collateral. Most recently, Dave led his family’s distribution company through rapid growth, geographic expansion, merger, and ultimately sale to a foreign based public company. Dave’s strong industry exposure, relationships, and depth of knowledge allow the company to capitalize on logistical opportunities and provide technical expertise unique to other trade finishers. Dave attended Kansas University and is a graduate of the Levinson Institute Leadership Program, The Babson College Strategic Management Program and the Center of Quality Management, Revolutions in Management Program.
